The service
Coastal Carolina Metal Roofing is a marketing and lead generation service operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as Compass Lead Group. The service publishes educational content about metal roofing and the FORTIFIED standard in coastal North Carolina and connects homeowners with independent local roofing professionals. Compass Camper LLC is not a contractor, does not perform roofing work, and does not supervise, employ, or control any professional it refers.
Your contract is with the contractor
Any roofing work you commission is governed by a contract between you and the professional you hire. Scope, price, schedule, workmanship, and warranties are theirs to offer and yours to negotiate. We are not a party to that contract and accept no responsibility for the work performed under it.
No warranty
The service and all site content are provided as is. We do not warrant the work of any professional we refer, and we do not warrant that site content, including cost ranges, program details, and insurance information, fits your specific situation. Program rules and eligibility change; confirm current terms with the program administrator or your insurer before relying on them. Nothing on this site is insurance, legal, or engineering advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Compass Camper LLC arising out of your use of this website or the matching service is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any damages arising from work performed by an independent professional.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false inquiries, scrape the site, or use it to harvest contact information. We may decline or discontinue service to anyone at our discretion.
Governing law

Changes
