Coastal Carolina Metal Roofing is free for homeowners. We are paid a referral fee by the professional we match you with. This fee never increases the price you pay for your project.
The longer version
When you submit the match form or call, we connect you with an independent local roofing professional. If that introduction turns into work, the professional pays us a referral fee for the lead. That fee is a marketing cost on their side, the same category as the money they would otherwise spend on advertising to find you.
You never receive a bill from us. There is no membership, no markup we control, and no penalty for getting other quotes. The contract for roofing work is between you and the professional you hire, at the price they quote you.
What the fee does not buy
A referral from us is an introduction, not an endorsement. We ask the professionals we work with to meet objective criteria, listed on the About page, and we point every homeowner at the verification steps that matter in North Carolina: the general contractor license lookup for projects at $40,000 and up, insurance certificates, written itemized estimates, and panel test reports where a FORTIFIED designation is the goal. Run those checks on anyone you consider, including the professional we introduce.
